Tamara Helfer, MD completed her Residency and Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health system in Richmond, VA. She is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who cares for children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, autism, and mood/psychotic disorders.
