Patrick Collins

Patrick Collins is the Programs Manager at Avery’s House Boise. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he moved to Idaho nearly ten years ago to work with adolescents. He started as a mentor and advanced into a leadership role as program manager. His experience guiding and inspiring staff helps him build a compassionate, client-focused team while overseeing daily operations. Trained in the Arbinger model of outward mindset, Patrick fosters strong, respectful connections between staff and clients.
