Lucas Peterson

Lucas Petersen is a Licensed Master of Social Work – Therapist at Avery’s House. Lucas provides Individual, Family, and group therapy services. Born in Kansas, and having been raised in Idaho, Lucas has been a part of the community for many years. Started college to be an engineer, and running Track and Field for Idaho State University, but realizing helping others was the path for him. Having transferred to Utah Valley University where he continued his Track and Field career, and graduated with his bachelors degree. After, it was only right for Lucas to return home and graduate with his Master’s degree from Boise State University. Lucas has worked in outpatient therapy, including individual, marriage, and family therapy for all ages. Lucas enjoys listening, supporting, and finding new possibilities in therapy sessions. Lucas is outgoing, genuine, and an authentic person. Lucas hobbies include quality time with friends and family, watching and playing sports, and board and card games.
