Kelsea Temple

Kelsea Temple, BSN, RN, CPN, serves as the Director of Nursing for Avery’s House, overseeing nursing operations and medical services across the organization’s Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) in Arizona and Idaho. As a board-certified pediatric nurse with a background in adolescent behavioral health and psychiatric nursing, Kelsea is passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed care to adolescents and their families. She leads nursing teams across multiple programs with a focus on clinical excellence, compliance, quality improvement, and staff development while fostering supportive and collaborative treatment environments.
