Laiten Carr

Laiten Car, LMSW is the Clinical Lead for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Avery’s House in Meridian. Laiten is passionate about supporting adolescents and their families through challenging seasons, providing compassionate, structured, and evidence-based care to help clients build resilience and confidence. As Clinical Lead, Laiten is committed to maintaining high standards of care, collaborating closely with the team, and ensuring that each client receives individualized support tailored to their unique strengths and needs.

Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. Laiten believes in meeting each teen where they are, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment while helping clients develop practical skills t o manage emotions, improve relationships, and achieve meaningful goals.

In her free time, Laiten enjoys being outdoors, camping or paddleboarding with her boyfriend and family.
